Tommy Lee-1-819x1024Thomas Lee Bass is a Greek-American musician who is a founding member of the heavy metal group Motley Crue. Lee is the long-term drummer of Motley crue. He has also formed Methods of Mayhem, a metal rap group. Lee has also pursued solo musical endeavors. Lee is a supporter of animal rights as well as PETA. Lee wrote Terry Prather, SeaWorld's president protesting Tilikum's treatment. Lee felt that the animal ought to be freed and stated that SeaWorld did not agree as Tilikum is their primary source of sperm. Lee stated that he was shocked by SeaWorld's insanity and insidious methods of getting Tilikum Sperm. Lee declared that he wanted to stop tragedies such as trainers' deaths as this was the result of the whales' inability to be held captive.
