Jana Kramer bio
Jana Kramer gained fame as a performer, actress, and songwriter, when she was a character on the television show One Tree Hill. She was Alex during three of the season's final seasons. The show featured her debut release as a country artist which helped her debut album on the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One, the follow-up album from album from 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The last decade saw she appeared on Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and a number of television shows. She also released a few singles that weren't albums. In 2021, the self-doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native who was raised in the country genre. Though she had an acting and recording career but her first screen appearance came in the independent horror film Dead/Undead (2002) in the midst of being in high school. NBC Friday Night Lights, the second season, 2007-2008. Following a string of guest performances in All My Children (including CSI: NY), she was offered a regular role on Noelle Davenport. Kramer appeared in 90210 from 2008 to 2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009. There, she played Alex Dupre. Her appearance on the show until 2012 when the series was cancelled. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer has signed a record deal with Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary country love song I Won't Stop on a 2011 episode on One Tree Hill. It was featured later on Jana Kramer's debut full-length in mid 2012. It was a part of the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. She continued to act in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would attract her followers. Kramer's second album Thirty One came out through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. It was boosted by Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy as well as a duet with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album climbed to number 3 among the Billboard 200 country charts and number 10 in the Billboard 200. Following a two-month run on the 23rd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished 4th. This was also the season when she scored a contemporary-adult smash, with the song Feels Like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
