Alyson Stoner is an American performer, actress and dancer. Her film credits include Cheaper by the Dozen Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and the Step Up franchise. Alyson started out as a triple-threat on Disney Channel co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. Then, in 2002, she became the Little Pigtailed Dancer in the music video of Missy Elliott in her music video Missy Elliott Work It. Alyson Stoner was born on the 11th of August on the 11th of August, 1993. She is an American artist, songwriter vocalist, dancer and voice actress. Alyson played Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and is now voice Isabella Garcia Shapiro and Jenny in Phineas and Ferb. The actress is also popularly referred to by the name of Sally of Mike's Super Short Show.. She revealed her 'four months of vegan/plant-based diet she posted on Instagram. Stoner said that she does not 'tell individuals what they need to do to them'. Stoner wanted to share the ways that avoiding animal products has improved her overall health both physically as well as psychologically.
